What does it cost the organizer?
Nothing. There is no fee to the tournament or organizer for our housing service.
How do rebates work?
Your organization earns a rebate on each room night booked through the event's hotel blocks. The amount depends on the event, the hotels and the dates, so we'll walk you through realistic numbers for your tournament before you commit.
Do families have to stay in a certain hotel?
Only if you choose to adopt a stay-to-play policy. Without one, booking through the blocks is optional and families simply get access to guaranteed rates. It's your call.
What size events do you work with?
We focus on mid-size regional tournaments, the kind of events that large national housing companies often overlook.
How soon should we reach out?
The earlier the better. Hotels near popular complexes fill quickly, so several months ahead of your event is ideal.
